Enlightenment & Reorientation: Provision of critical information about Africa and the black experience, Ranging from Ancient African history (kemet, Kush etc.) to Slavery, Colonialism , Pan-Africanism and Neo colonialism while promoting and advocating black pride, African dignity and Black confidence
2. Networking: APYA will be a hub connecting Black people worldwide. Continental Africans to Africans in diaspora to African descendants worldwide.
3. Economic Empowerment: APYA will facilities developments in black communities by creating an economic scheme where professional investors will invest in local resource and potentials for mutual benefit of building capacity and employment of locals while yielding profit for the investment

How will APYA help to overcome the black struggle?

1. The black struggle can be categorized has Mental and Economic struggle

• Mental Liberation from self-hate, inferiority complex, lack of confidence and acceptance of substandard product mentality, all subconsciously imposed worldwide through the spread of the white supremacist ideology, this can only be undone through mass Enlightenment and Reorientation.
  
• Economic Liberation from poverty, lack of survival skill and lack of economic opportunity for individual and community development

How will APYA provide the values?

1. APYA will provide the value of enlightenment and reorientation through online and conventional communication method such has TV, radio, community outreach (schools, town hall and house to house visitation)
2. APYA will provide the value of networking to members by connecting folks with people of similar interest through the platform.
3. APYA will empower members economically by setting APYA economic scheme which will build professional capacity among members in different fields and also employ members locally for individual and community development.

Will it do monthly webinars?

1. Yes, there will be monthly webinars for all members to meet online and discuss progress, challenges and Next tasks in line with the group’s Agenda.

Will APYA do live coaching calls?

1.  Live coaching call will be added value that can come in later but not presently a priority

Will APYA drip feed weekly video lesson?

1. There will be video lessons for enlightenment and reorientation. Also there will be video lessons for capacity building to build professionals in different fields but the duration might be or might not be weekly.
