The Goal of APYA simply put, is to LINK UP progressives on the African Continent and in diaspora, to collectively rid ourselves of mental and economic slavery instituted centuries ago.
Our Internal Structure is shown below:
We are represented in most country by APYA chapter formation with the aim of implementing the overall goal of the group within the particular country.
All APYA members will meet online and also meet physically periodically, the physical meetings is to be hosted by the APYA chapter in each country in turns.
APYA chapters is established for each country and APYA members are obligated to link up with other members from the same country to move the APYA cause in that country. WhatsApp group scheduled online meetings will be helpful for coordination within the country.
The APYA constitution will be ratified and adopted in all APYA chapter including the vision and mission statement. APYA members in each country will be obliged to fill up roles and positions for the establishment and running of the APYA chapter in their country of residence. African descendants and Africans in the diaspora have the Diaspora Chapter to direct their efforts and coordinate joint ventures.
The APYA Executive Council will oversee the organization.

With the following individual responsibilities :
Secretary-General: Responsible for delivery of the vision and mission of the group
Financial director:Responsible for the group overall finances and investments
Research director:Responsible for research and collating group research
Institutional & financial Auditor:Responsible for auditing the organization for diversion from vision and also financial Auditing
Media Director:Responsible for group’s public perceptions and dissemination of information
Regional Coordinators:Responsible for delivery of the vision and mission of the group within a region
